John R. Kormanik began his legal career clerking for the Hon. Darrel R. Perry of the Idaho Court of Appeals after which he worked as a Deputy Attorney General in the Natural Resources Division. In 2003, John went into private practice where he began representing clients injured by the negligent acts of others. In 2006, Guy Hallam, Brad Sneed and John opened Kormanik Hallam & Sneed LLP in Meridian, Idaho. John has had the pleasure of representing clients who have been injured by the negligence of nursing home and assisted living facilities throughout Idaho.

T. Guy Hallam, Jr. has been an advocate representing people injured or neglected in nursing homes and care facilities for many years. Guy’s legal career began as a clerk for Chief Judge Karen Lansing of the Idaho Court of Appeals. Since then he has been in private practice representing a variety of clients including those who are victims of mistreatment or have suffered injuries as a result of the negligence of their caregivers or care facility. Guy is admitted to practice in the state courts of Idaho and Oregon, along with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
